Our OEM & ODM Custom Procurement Flow
Product Concept
You brief us on your target market, application scenarios, target price and reference samples. We will assess project feasibility, select suitable materials and manufacturing processes, and optimize the overall workflow before incurring any tooling or artwork costs.
It covers overall product dimensions, die-cut profile shapes. The gel units can be integrated or segmented. We will confirm whether the chambers are fully separated to form independent sealed cavities. Other details include gel filling weight, rounded or sharp corners, and whether custom tooling is required for irregular shapes.
Your logo and labels are applied to the product and its packaging so it ships as your own brand.
Retail pack format is also also customized - individual polybag, PVC or polybag with insert, or a custom pack - together with the export master carton configuration.
RPODUCTS: Sample Development /Testing / Mass production
Paid samples are produced for evaluation before any bulk commitment, so gel feel, fabric and finish can be checked on the real product.
Production runs under an FDA-registered and ISO 13485-certified quality system, using high-frequency heat-seam sealing for leak-proof performance, plus product-level test documentation.
Standard MOQ is 1,000 units with a standard lead time of 30–35 days once material, quantity and packaging are confirmed.
