Stays Soft Even When Frozen
Unlike standard gel packs that turn into rigid, uncomfortable slabs, the Hot and Cool Gel Pad uses a specially formulated gel that remains flexible at temperatures as low as -20 °C. It molds to your body instead of fighting against it, ensuring consistent contact and more effective cold transfer.
Dual-Texture for Customized Comfort
The 190T polyester taffeta side offers a smooth, easy-to-clean surface ideal for direct cold application, while the reverse plush fleece side provides insulation and a cozy barrier during heat therapy. Users can flip the pack to match their comfort preference without needing an additional cloth wrap.
High-Frequency Heat-Sealed for Leak Resistance
Each Hot and Cool Gel Pad is sealed around the entire perimeter using high-frequency heat-press welding technology. This industrial-grade bonding method creates a seamless, leak-proof enclosure that withstands repeated freeze-thaw and heat-cool cycles without splitting - a significant durability advantage over traditional stitched or glued packs.
Non-Toxic, Biodegradable Gel
The internal gel is non-toxic and biodegradable, making it a safer choice for households with children, pets, and environmentally conscious buyers. Both the 190T taffeta and fleece exteriors are selected for durability and ease of maintenance, extending product lifespan and reducing waste.
FDA & ISO 13485 Certified
The Hot and Cool Gel Pad is manufactured under FDA-registered and ISO 13485 quality management systems, meeting rigorous standards for medical device safety and consistency. This certification gives distributors and healthcare buyers confidence in product reliability.

How to Use
For Cold Therapy:
- Place the Hot and Cool Gel Pad flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from freezer - the pack will be cold but still flexible; no need to wait for it to soften.
- Apply the 190T polyester taffeta side directly to the affected area for a cooling sensation, or use the fleece side for a milder cold feel.
- Use for 15–20 minutes per session. Allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
- Wipe the surface clean after each use and return to the freezer for next use.
For Heat Therapy:
- Place the pack in a microwave. Set to medium power and heat for 15 seconds.
- Remove and check the temperature. If more warmth is desired, continue heating in 15-second intervals until the preferred temperature is reached.
- Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before applying to the target area.
- Apply the plush fleece side toward the skin for a comfortable, even heat distribution.
- Use for 15–20 minutes per session.
Best Practice: Keep a second pack in the freezer so one is always ready while the other is in use or being cleaned.

Precautions & Safety Warnings
General:
- Do not use for more than 20 minutes continuously. Overuse may cause skin damage.
- Always place a thin cloth barrier between the pack and bare skin during both hot and cold use, unless using the fleece side which is designed for direct contact.
- Inspect the pack before each use for leaks, tears, or damage. Discontinue use if compromised.
Cold Use:
- Do not apply directly to skin for extended periods - risk of cold burn.
- Allow skin temperature to normalize between sessions.
Heat Use:
- WARNING: Overheating may cause the pack to rupture. Always heat in 15-second intervals on medium microwave power. Do not exceed the recommended duration.
- Always shake or knead the pack after heating to distribute temperature evenly and eliminate hot spots.
- Never heat an already-damaged or leaking pack.
Storage & Transport:
- Store flat in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid puncturing the pack with sharp objects.
- Keep out of reach of unsupervised children.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the pack during storage.
