Hands-Free Elastic Strap
The sewn-in elastic strap across the back allows users to secure the Cold and Hot Ice Pack in place without gripping or balancing. Slip a hand through for palm or wrist therapy, or loop it around a knee or ankle for stationary relief. This simple feature transforms the pack from a passive compress into an active-use tool.
Flexible Gel Bead Fill
Instead of a single gel slab, the Cold and Hot Ice Pack is filled with hundreds of individual gel beads. Each bead moves and adjusts independently, keeping the pack soft and pliable even at -20 °C. The beads mold around joints and muscles rather than pressing against them, delivering more even and comfortable cold transfer.
Circular Design for Joints
The round shape is purpose-built for curved body areas - knees, shoulders, elbows, and ankles - where traditional rectangular packs leave gaps. Full circumferential contact means better therapy efficiency and less wasted surface area.
Dual-Sided Construction
The clear PVC front allows direct, intense cold application, while the plush fleece back offers a warm, gentle touch for heat therapy or sensitive skin. Users choose which side faces the body based on their comfort and treatment needs.

Durable Edge Binding
A reinforced fabric binding encircles the entire pack, sealing the PVC and fleece layers together. This construction resists splitting and leakage through repeated temperature cycling - cold storage, microwave heating, and everyday handling.
FDA & ISO 13485 Certified - Class I Medical Device
The Cold and Hot Ice Pack is FDA-registered, manufactured under ISO 13485 quality management standards, and classified as a Class I medical device. This regulatory standing gives distributors, healthcare buyers, and end users confidence in product safety and consistency.

How to Use
For Cold Therapy:
Place the Cold and Hot Ice Pack flat in the freezer at -20 °C for at least 2 hours.
Remove from freezer - the gel beads will be cold but still flexible; no need to wait.
Position the pack on the target area with the PVC side facing the skin for maximum cold transfer, or the fleece side for milder cooling.
Slide your hand or limb through the elastic strap to hold the pack in place hands-free.
Use for 15–20 minutes per session. Allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
For Heat Therapy:
Place the pack in a microwave with the fleece side facing up. Set to medium power and heat for 15 seconds.
Remove, shake gently to distribute heat evenly among the gel beads, and test the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
If more warmth is desired, continue heating in 15-second intervals.
Position the fleece side against the skin and secure with the elastic strap.
Use for 15–20 minutes per session.
Best Practice: Keep two packs - one in the freezer and one ready for use - so therapy is never interrupted.

Precautions & Safety Warnings
General:
Do not use for more than 20 minutes continuously. Overuse may cause skin damage.
Inspect the pack before each use for leaks, tears, or damage to the PVC cover or binding. Discontinue use if compromised.
The elastic strap may lose tension over time with heavy use - check before each session.
Cold Use:
Do not apply the PVC side directly to skin for extended periods - risk of cold burn.
Allow skin temperature to normalize between sessions.
Heat Use:
WARNING: Overheating may cause the PVC cover to deform or the pack to rupture. Always heat in 15-second intervals on medium microwave power. Do not exceed the recommended duration.
Always shake or knead the pack after heating to distribute temperature evenly among the gel beads.
Never heat an already-damaged or leaking pack.
Storage & Transport:
Store flat or hung by the strap in a cool, dry place.
Avoid puncturing the PVC cover with sharp objects.
Keep out of reach of unsupervised children.
Do not place heavy objects on top of the pack during storage.
FAQ
Q1: How does the gel bead fill compare to a single gel pack?
A: Unlike solid gel packs that freeze into a rigid disc, the Cold and Hot Ice Pack's individual gel beads stay flexible at any temperature. This means the pack molds to your body rather than pressing against it, giving you more even contact and better comfort.
Q2: Can I really use this hands-free?
A: Yes. The integrated elastic strap across the fleece back lets you slide your hand or limb through, securing the pack in place. You can ice your knee while working at a desk, or warm your shoulder while resting - no holding or balancing required.
Q3: Which side should face my skin?
A: It depends on your preference. The clear PVC side delivers more intense cold directly. The plush fleece side offers a softer, warmer touch - ideal for heat therapy or sensitive skin. You can flip the pack anytime during use.
Q4: Is the PVC material safe?
A: Yes. The front cover uses eco-grade PVC that is phthalate-free and designed for repeated skin contact. It is durable and easy to wipe clean after each use.
Q5: What sizes are available?
A: The standard diameter is 10 cm (3.94 in). Custom sizes are available for OEM orders.
Q6: Can I customize the color and packaging?
A: Yes. We support OEM customization - gel bead color, binding color, fleece color, strap design, and packaging are all adjustable to your brand requirements.
Q7: Do you offer samples before bulk ordering?
A: Yes. We provide 2 free samples per customer - the buyer only covers the shipping cost. Contact our sales team to request samples and receive a tailored quote.
Q8: What certifications does this product hold?
A: The Cold and Hot Ice Pack is FDA-registered, ISO 13485-certified, and classified as a Class I medical device, meeting international standards for medical device safety and quality management.
