Usage:

Hot Compress

1. Put the product in a bag and then place it in warm water at about 60℃ for about 4-6 minutes before use.

2. Put the product into the microwave oven (medium and low heat) and heat it for 10 seconds before use.If it is not hot, it can be reheated for 10 seconds, but it can not be set for a time at once.

Cold Compress

1. Put the product in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, then take it out and rub it with your hands until it is comfortable to use.

2. Put the product in the freezer of the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, then take it out, rub it with your hands, and use it after reaching the body comfort level.

Note:

1. Put the product in the refrigerator for a period of time. After taking it out, please check whether the gel ball in the product is flexible and make sure that the beads are not freeze before use.

2. Put the product into the microwave oven and heat it until the desired temperature for no more than 10 seconds each time. Do not overheat the product. Should take out of the microwave oven carefully to avoid burns caused by excessive heat.

3. If you need to reheat the product, please wait for the product to cool down before heating it; Never boil the package.

4. Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
